I created this section so that you can see what I eat, and that I DO eat.
Also, I’m one of those people that likes to try out new healthy recipes, but I hate when I finally pick one only to find I can’t find key ingredients, let alone pronounce them.
I’m not a chef, but I like food. Good, easy to cook, food.
The recipes here are delicious and the ingredients can be found just about anywhere. Furthermore, they’re tried and tested. But, if you make them and tweak the recipe, please share with the rest of us – tell us what you did, and how you cooked it, so that we can try it too!
