Stuffed Chicken Breasts

I have always tracked my meals. It started when I first competed back in… well, a long time ago. It keeps me honest – especially in my off season. Back then I used to write everything down in diary that I took with me everywhere!

Then along came a smartphone app called “Lose It“. Game changer. Recently I’ve moved onto “Myfitnesspal“. The beauty of Myfitnesspal is I can link it with my Mio Alpha heart rate monitor.

Anyway, I digress.. the boy always gets annoyed when I take a while to get to the point.

The reason I’m telling you this is because whenever I log into Myfitnesspal the main screen is a fitness blog, which includes recipes.

And that, my friends, brings us to this one. Phew!
