Hello from Canada!

Well before I started this blog, I wondered if it was worth it. I mean, I am busy… VERY busy.

I thought to myself, who in the world would want read what I have to say, much less care.

Boy, was I wrong. What started out as a very humble beginning, has grown into a community of love and support. Sorry, I know that sounds ultra cheese, but it’s absolutely true and I can’t think of any other way to describe the momentum this blog has created.

The intention of this blog was to show everyone that keeping fit and eating healthy is possible for those with busy lives – which is pretty much everyone. Based on the feedback I’m getting, I have reached my target audience, and that makes me happy. It’s not just about figure competitions, it’s about motivating each other to focus and keep it up – to “get ‘er done”!

I get comments and emails from total strangers, from all over. Those that know me personally, or have read my “About” section, know that I have lived around the world, I have friendships that stretch across the globe. This blog has increased those friendships, and that’s more than I could ask for.

So, a little shout going out to those that I’ve spotted following me from:

  • Serbia
  • Greece
  • UAE
  • UK
  • Thailand
  • Philippines
  • Japan
  • Mexico
  • Norway
  • Netherlands
  • Singapore
  • Australia
  • Mexico
  • Austria
  • Germany
  • Guernsey

There are more, and it’s growing daily – I just couldn’t hold this in any longer.

This only serves to show us that the world is indeed a small place, and that no matter where you come from we all have similar goals: to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Please keep following, keep sharing, keep commenting, and keep healthy!

  1. Well said! You are definitely a motivational personality!! Your blog is fantastically informative and fun to read. Perfect balance of your thoughts and personal insight with detailed information and photos 🙂

    • While I very much appreciate your comment, I can’t take all the credit – the men and women I mention in certain posts and vlogs, and the people who follow and comment, all have stories to share – I’m hoping this acts as a voice for them, or encourages them to share their stories.
I know that sounds cheesy, but I am absolutely humbled throughout this journey, and had to share!
