Ready? This is another killer superset workout.

**************************************************************************************

SUPERSET: Standing side lat raise x 3 sets of 8-10 reps + wide-grip lat pull downs x 3 sets of 10-15 reps

SUPERSET: Standing overhead BB press x 3 sets of 10-15 reps + jump shot calf raises x 3 sets of 20-25 reps

SUPERSET: Rear delt flyes-on pec fly machine x 3 sets of 10-12 reps + close grip lat pull downs x 3 sets of 8-10 reps

SUPERSET: Straight arm cable pushdowns + wide grip upright rows x (both exercises) 3 sets of 10-15 reps

SUPERSET: Close grip seated rows + seated calf raises (feet turned in) x (both exercises) 3 sets of 10-15 reps

 CARDIO

First cardio session, post workout – 35 minutes on the step mill, steady state

Second cardio session, after dinner – 20 minute sprint intervals on the spin bike
