Okay, as promised, here’s a simple, quick and pretty tasty recipe for brownie frosting.
If you’re used to sickly sweet cake frosting, then you probably won’t like this. The greek yogurt gives this frosting a tangy taste. The cocoa adds a nice deep chocolate flavour without being calorie dense.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated Splenda (if you don’t want it too sweet, start with 1/2 cup and add to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp cocoa (add more or less to taste)
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth and blended
- Frost cupcakes, brownies – eat straight out of the bowl!
