Wed, 26SEPT12 – Cardio

Hey all… So, today was suppose to be a rest day, but considering I’m a week and a half from the first of three shows (and the intense guilt I feel for doing nothing) I went in for double lunch at 2am. Yeah, it’s tough working out at that time, my legs feel like lead.

CARDIO

35 minutes on 15% incline. Slow pace, long strides, contracting glutes on each step.

15 minutes elliptical – on a strong resistance, really driving my heels down to get the contraction in my glutes
