LEGS

Leg press (feet close together) 110lbs – 3 sets x 25 reps

Leg press (feet wide apart) 90lbs – 4 sets x 25 reps

Leg extension 30lbs – 4 sets x 15 reps / Superset with pop squats x 15 reps

Hamstring curls 100lbs – 3 sets x 15 reps

Stiff-leg deadlifts 135lbs – 3 sets x 12 reps

100 walking lunges per leg

ABS

Hanging leg raises (wide grip): 3 sets x 10 reps

V-ups: 3 sets x 15 reps

Bicycles: 2 sets x 25 reps

CARDIO

25 minutes on 10% incline + 5 minutes jog on same incline.
