Bedtime Meal

It’s certainly not thrilling or exciting, but it is essential. This is what I eat before bed.


  • 125ml liquid egg whites
  • Seasonings to taste: I use Mrs Dash “Garlic and Herb”, sea salt, chilli flakes
  • Microwave approximately 3-5 minutes. Keep an eye on it, you don’t want it too runny, or too stiff.
  • Once it’s cooked, mix up with a spoon and enjoy!
I’ll warn you, you may not like this initially. Experiment with different flavourings. I’ve found a combination I like and actually look forward to this meal.

Try to drink 2-3 liters of water a day. I have 500ml with each meal, and drink herbal teas, coffee and sip water throughout the day.
