This is my second “meal” of the day.
It doesn’t look like much, but trust me, it’s pretty damn good!
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 scoop Greens+ (bought at any health food store)
- 1 scoop protein powder (I like BioX and use either chocolate or vanilla)
- 1-1.5 cups water
- Fruit of your choice
Blend and drink!
